Emphasising Exploration, Diverse Experiences and a Varied Curriculum
At Ho Tung Kindergarten, every child is unique. Our mission is to create a joyful and inspiring learning environment for students. We actively promote new educational concepts, with lessons incorporating elements of “exploration, experience, innovation, and problem-solving.” We advocate “exploration” as the primary learning model, emphasising “focus on exploration, diverse experiences, allowing children to experience it themselves, which constitutes genuine learning.” By encouraging children to engage in hands-on activities, we help them develop a love for learning. Our goal is to make learning fun, making the process of learning an enjoyable experience. During their growth, children go through a period of “why,” filled with curiosity and a desire to find answers to all questions. This desire can be referred to as “thirst for knowledge” or “curiosity.” Our aim is to use various activities to stimulate children’s motivation to learn, cultivate a proactive and inquisitive learning attitude, and help them feel that the more they learn, the more enjoyable it becomes.
